Thermostat Assembly / Test

This system is a manual load / unload system. An operator loads the upper and lower housings and internal components into the machine. The machine assembles the housing and performs an air decay leak test. Parts that pass the test are removed and shipped. Parts that fail the test are automatically disassembled by the machine to prevent bad parts from being shipped.
