Paper Feeding / Printing

This P.C. based system feeds sheets of fine stationary at a rate of 1 sheet per second. As the sheets are fed through the system all 4 edges of each sheet have a colored border printed on them. The borders have to be straight and symmetrical. No ink can be present on the back side of the sheet. The printed borders are then cured in an oven and the sheets are re-stacked. This machine automatically maintains the viscosity of the ink. Custom pumping systems had to be developed.
