O-Ring Washing SystemThis custom water-based washing machine washes, rinses, and dries large batches of o-rings. Upon completion of the washing process, the o-rings are inspected under a microscope to ensure that they are clean. The heated wash and rinse tanks are filtered down to 5 microns. Isolated spray manifolds prevent cross contamination between the two tanks. The high volume air heater ensures the o-rings are dry at the end of the cycle. The entire machine is constructed of stainless steal, including the frame and the panels.
