Manual Load Unload O-Ring InserterA manual load \ automatic unload o-ring inserter. This is a rotary dial machine. An operator loads a part onto the dial. The machine applies a heavy grease to the o-ring and installs the o-ring onto the part. An inspection station verified the o-ring was installed properly. “Good” parts are automatically removed and put onto an accumulating conveyor. “Rejects” are removed and dropped into a bin. 3 consecutive rejects causes the machine to stop and alerts the operator. This machine processes 20 parts per minute.
