ID Bore Coater SystemThis system dispenses a liquid material onto the ID of cylindrical parts. The liquid thickness is maintained between .001 and .0015 when dried. Runs and drips are not permitted. To accomplish this, the cylindrical parts are kept vertical and rotating during the entire dispensing and drying process. Viscosity of the fluid has to be maintained. Hot air is blown onto the parts to cure the fluid. The parts are fed into the system via a vibratory bowl feeder. Parts are automatically removed and stacked onto mandrels at the discharge end of the machine.
