High Pressure Endurance

This test stand consists of 6 test chambers. It is used to test component life. The products being tested are impact crimping tools. A tool is loaded into a test chamber. A test pressure is selected (up to 10,000 PSI). A hydraulic power supply is used to generate the pressure. The system then continually cycles the tool until it self-destructs. Statistical data is then recorded. This machine was designed to accept numerous tool sizes and styles.
