Diode Test with Vision

This machine is a turnkey, cam driven system. Diodes are individually fed into moving grippers. A continuity test is performed on each one. The cathode end of each diode is marked. A vision system takes a picture of the moving diode and performs several measurement tests. The diodes are sorted into “good” and “bad” bins. Cycle time is 1 second per part. Several different size diodes can be run on this system.
