Custom Engraving Systems

This system utilizes a non contact laser sensor to map contours in the product surface. Mapping ensures an even depth is cut in the entire surface of the part. A high speed spindle is mounted to the "Z" axis while the part is fixtured on the "X" & "Y" axis's. The Microsoft Windows based software was developed to be user friendly and flexible. Character height and spacing can easily be manually adjusted or the machine can automatically fit the text to fill the part.
