Connector Nut Insertion

This machine feeds and installs square nuts into electrical connectors. A row of nuts are separated and placed into a lower housing. A press seats the nuts into the housing. An upper housing is placed onto the lower housing. Nuts are placed and pressed into the upper housing. The upper and lower housing is then ultrasonically welded together.
