Bar Processing System

This system feeds and processes extruded aluminum bars that are 12 feet in length. An accumulating conveyor holds 25 bars. Each bar is measured, fed into a saw station, and cut into pieces. Each piece is then placed into a press and is stamped with a part number and logo. From there the pieces are transferred into a rotary center. The pieces are de-burred and a thick grease is applied to certain areas. The pieces are then discharged onto a conveyor belt where they enter a packaging machine. This machine produced 1 part per second. This machine processes many different size bars.
