Automated Tab Welder

Designed and built a system to automate the welding of tabs onto an electrical part. Parts are fed down a chute, escaped into a gripper, then shuttled over and forward to the welder. The gripper retracts and rotates 2 additional times to receive and weld two more tabs. The part is then inspected and released into a chute that shuttles left or right based on the result of the inspection.
