Automated CNC Lathe

This is a purchased CNC lathe. It performs a turning operation and then a burnishing process on a dedicated part. Whitney Systems retrofitted the lathe with tooling to automatically load and unload the parts. Whitney personnel also developed a more positive means to burnish the parts than was originally implemented.
