Air Decay Test

This system performs an air decay test on 16 chambers in a part simultaneously. An operator places the part to be tested into the machine. The die set closes onto the part. The part is pressurized with air and then tested. A pressure transducer is utilized to detect any pressure drop. The test results are shown on digital panel meters. The total test time is 22 seconds.
